The initial stage starts with an in-house valuation and site appraisal, where we go into detail regarding the site conditions and build element of the scheme, along with having our in-house solicitor read the title deeds to eliminate any potential issues that could arise once the opportunity is within the legal process, this prevents their being unnecessary legal costs.

GCS Properties look to acquire and dispose of all types of freehold office opportunities within London and the South East. These types of freeholds include office buildings, business centres, co-working spaces or corporate headquarters.

GCS Properties are actively involved in the acquisitions of properties that benefit from educational use.
